APPRAISALS

Kyle Hoch is an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America (AAA) and is qualified to perform USPAP compliant appraisals of personal property for the purposes of insurance, estate planning, charitable donation (IRS Non-Cash Charitable Donation deductions), federal gift tax, estate tax liability, equitable distribution, litigation and dispute resolution, anticipated income stream, resale / purchase, and general inventorying.

Kyle's specilaization is in Household Contents, with areas of competency including 19th & 20th century paintings, prints & sculpture, American & European ceramics, glass, Asian arts, furniture, modern design, and rare books, among other categories.

Kyle is currently taking appointments for appraisals and valuations.
